You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account unless unauthorized access results from our failure to apply reasonable security controls.

You agree to use Dictly.Live only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the service, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.

• No automated scraping or abusive traffic patterns
• No reverse engineering except where permitted by law
• No infringement, fraud, or unlawful content distribution

Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan details are presented at purchase and billed in advance through designated payment providers.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel before renewal to avoid future charges, and access generally continues through the paid period.

Free trials may convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial term unless canceled before conversion. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a plan-specific policy.

You are responsible for applicable taxes and for maintaining valid payment information.

The service, including software, branding, and original content provided by Dictly.Live, is protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for personal or internal learning purposes.

Dictly.Live may integrate third-party services, including authentication, hosting, analytics, and payment providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create legal or security risk, or engage in abusive conduct.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by nature should survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dictly.Live and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dictly.Live from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may modify or discontinue features and may update these terms from time to time. Material updates become effective when posted unless a later date is stated.

These terms are interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting us.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may seek relief in a competent forum with jurisdiction under applicable law.
